About the Role

We are currently recruiting for Daily Supply Teaching Assistants to support a variety of schools across the local area. This flexible role is perfect for candidates who are looking to choose their own working days while gaining experience in different school settings.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Supporting pupils on a 1:1 basis or in small groups
• Assisting teachers in delivering lessons
• Supporting children with SEND, SEMH or additional needs
• Helping manage behaviour and keep pupils engaged
• Creating a positive and supportive learning environment

What We’re Looking For

• Experience working with children or young people
• A flexible and reliable approach to work
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Confidence supporting behaviour in the classroom
• Ability to travel across local areas
