As a Hire Controller based in Aldridge, you will be pivotal to our Hire Desk operations. You'll ensure our customers consistently receive outstanding service by meticulously coordinating with various departments and Wernick Group companies. Your expertise will be crucial in guaranteeing seamless operations and efficient workflows across our business. About The Role

Key Responsibilities:

• Raise customer quotations.
• Post contracts, on/off hire equipment
• Prioritise customer satisfaction in all interactions.
• Liaise with multiple departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Assist in problem-solving and support the team with common-sense solutions.
• Maintain strong administrative processes and excellent telephone etiquette.
• Contribute to an efficient and productive work environment.

Qualifications and Skills:

Required:

• Strong organisational, administrative, and communication skills.
• Experience handling telephone inquiries in a service-related industry.
• Proficiency in basic IT skills, including Word, Excel, email, and internet usage.
• Literate and numerate, capable of data input and interpretation.
