You’ll support a portfolio of residential properties, gaining hands-on experience while learning from industry experts. What you’ll be doing:
- Providing excellent customer service to tenants and landlords throughout the tenancy journey
- Supporting with day-to-day administration and coordination of property matters
- Learning how to handle queries, resolve issues, and keep customers informed
- Assisting with maintenance requests and liaising with contractors
- Working closely with our local offices and specialist teams
- Building your knowledge of property processes, systems, and legislation

You will need:
- A passion for customer service and helping people
- Strong organisational and administrative skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- A proactive, positive attitude with the willingness to learn
- Good problem-solving skills
No previous property management experience is
required.
Full training and ongoing support will be provided from day one. While
experience in a customer service or administrative role is beneficial, it’s not
essential.
