* Chair Looked After Children (LAC) Reviews, ensuring plans are outcome-focused, timely, and centred on the child's needs and wishes.
* Monitor the implementation of care plans, identify drift, delay, or unmet needs, and ensure appropriate escalation where required.
* Ensure children and young people are fully involved in review processes and that their views are recorded, represented, and acted upon. Person Specification Qualifications * Degree or equivalent qualification in Social Work.
* Current registration with Social Work England.
* Evidence of continuous professional development relevant to children's social care and safeguarding. Experience * Significant post-qualification experience within Children's Social Care.
