Administration Assistant – Community Hospitals
Forres Treatment and Care Hub
Hours: 25 hours per week
Working Pattern: Monday–Friday, 1:00pm–6:00pm
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Administration Assistant to join the Community Hospital Administration Team at Forres Treatment and Care Hub.
The successful applicant will have excellent IT, communication and organisational skills, together with a confident, courteous and friendly approach when dealing with patients, colleagues and members of the public. We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual who can work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Previous administrative experience is essential. The post holder may be required to provide cross cover within the department as needed. A high standard of verbal and written communication skills, accuracy, and attention to detail are vital, along with proven experience of Microsoft Office applications.
Training will be provided; however, the successful candidates must be able to work on their own initiative and consistently produce accurate, high-quality work. The role will provide administrative support to the main reception area and will involve handling sensitive and confidential information, including medical records. Therefore, a professional and discreet approach is essential.
Applicants will require to hold a full driving license and the use of a car.
