We are looking for a reliable and motivated Warehouse Operative to join our Operations team. This role is responsible for supporting the efficient day-to-day running of the warehouse, ensuring goods are received, stored and dispatched accurately while maintaining high standards of stock control, housekeeping and health & safety.
The successful candidate will be comfortable working both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

- c£25,000
- 25 days holiday plus bank holidays
- Monday – Friday, 7.5 hours a day that must be worked between 8am – 6pm.

Key Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect and book in incoming deliveries using the warehouse management or ERP system.
- Pick, pack and prepare customer orders accurately for dispatch.
- Process incoming and outgoing stock transactions, ensuring inventory records remain accurate.
- Carry out regular stock checks and assist with inventory control and cycle counting activities.
- Store materials safely and efficiently, ensuring the warehouse remains organised and accessible.
- Load and unload deliveries using appropriate equipment where authorised and trained.
- Operate warehouse equipment and handling tools in accordance with company procedures and health & safety regulations.
- Maintain high standards of housekeeping throughout the warehouse and storage areas.
- Work closely with colleagues across Operations to ensure customer orders are fulfilled on time.
- Assist with other warehouse or operational duties as required to support the business.
Skills & Experience
- Previous warehouse, logistics or stores experience.
- Good understanding of warehouse operations and stock control procedures.
- Experience using warehouse management or ERP systems (SAP experience advantageous).
- Good level of written and spoken English.
- Basic IT skills.
- Good attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Able to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Understanding of health & safety procedures within a warehouse environment.
Desirable
- GCSEs (or equivalent), including Maths and English.
- Forklift licence or experience operating warehouse equipment (preferred but not essential).
