Job Responsibilities

• Operate reach trucks safely and efficiently to move, locate, relocate, stack, and count stock items within the warehouse.
• Ensure accurate picking and packing of goods in accordance with order specifications.
• Conduct daily safety checks on equipment and report any faults or issues promptly.
• Maintain a clean and organised work environment to promote safety and productivity.
• Assist with stock counts and inventory management as required.
• Follow company policies and health & safety regulations at all times.
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Valid Counterbalance and Reach Truck forklift certification (licence must be current and valid).
• Previous experience operating reach trucks within a warehouse or logistics environment.
• Good understanding of health and safety procedures related to forklift operation.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with colleagues and supervisors.
• Physical fitness to handle the demands of warehouse work, including lifting and standing for extended periods.
• Proactive attitude with a focus on safety and accuracy.
