About the Role
As an Early Years Teacher, you will play a key role in supporting children's development during these crucial early years. You will create engaging learning experiences that encourage curiosity, confidence, independence, and a lifelong love of learning.
Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver creative, engaging lessons in line with the EYFS Framework.
- Create a stimulating and inclusive learning environment.
- Support children's academic, social, and emotional development.
- Monitor and assess pupil progress, adapting learning where needed.
- Build positive relationships with parents, carers, and colleagues.
- Contribute to the wider school community.
The Ideal Candidate
- Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- Has experience teaching within EYFS.
- Demonstrates a strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage curriculum.
- Has excellent classroom management and communication skills.
- Is passionate about supporting young learners to achieve their potential.
- Is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
