Maths ECT - Outstanding Secondary School in Reading
Our client is seeking a highly motivated Maths ECT to join a thriving and well-regarded mixed secondary school in Reading . This is a permanent, full-time position to start in January 2026 .

The school is looking for an enthusiastic and ambitious Maths ECT who can teach across KS3 and KS4 , with the possibility of KS5 for the right candidate. You will join a well-established, forward-thinking Mathematics Department that prides itself on outstanding teaching, strong teamwork, and exceptional student outcomes. As an ECT, you will benefit from an excellent induction programme, regular mentoring, reduced timetable allocation, and opportunities for rapid professional development.

Experience and Qualifications
• Maths ECT with the ability to teach KS3 & KS4
• Strong subject knowledge and genuine passion for Mathematics
• A formal teaching qualification with QTS
• A reflective, positive, and enthusiastic approach to teaching
• Legal ability to work in the UK
