QTS Tutor - Home Tuition | Kensington & Chelsea
£30-£35 per hour | 25 hours per week | September 2026 Start
Reeson Education is looking for a qualified teacher (QTS) to support a secondary-aged student with Autism (ASC) through a home tuition package in the Kensington & Chelsea area.
This is a rewarding opportunity to provide high-quality one-to-one tuition, helping a young person continue their education in a home setting. You will work alongside a dedicated Behaviour Mentor, who will support engagement, emotional regulation and behaviour throughout each session, allowing you to focus on delivering personalised learning.
The Role
- September 2026 start
- 25 hours per week
- £30-£35 per hour
- Home-based tuition in Kensington & Chelsea
- Working alongside a dedicated Behaviour Mentor
- Supporting a secondary-aged learner with Autism (ASC)
- Planning and delivering engaging, personalised one-to-one lessons
- Working collaboratively with the family, Behaviour Mentor and Local Authority
We are looking for someone who has:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Experience teaching secondary-aged students
- Experience supporting learners with SEND, SEMH or Autism (ASC)
- The ability to adapt learning to meet individual needs
- Strong behaviour management and communication skills
- A patient, flexible and nurturing approach
Desirable
- Experience delivering home tuition, outreach or alternative provision
- Experience working with learners accessing EOTAS or Section 19 provision
- Knowledge of differentiated teaching strategies for learners with additional needs
