Junior Cyber Security Support Technician

KEY DUTIES

* Assist with monitoring security alerts and escalating potential threats to senior team members.
* Support the deployment and management of cyber security tools, including antivirus and endpoint protection solutions.
* Help maintain user account security, including password management and access controls.
* Assist with security checks, system updates, and vulnerability management activities.
* Support investigations into security incidents and help document findings and actions taken.
* Maintain accurate records of security tasks, incidents, and compliance-related activities.
