Whether you're an experienced HGV driver or newly qualified, this could be the perfect role for you. Our client in Amesbury is looking for reliable, safety-conscious C1 Drivers to join their team, with opportunities to make deliveries across the UK. The Role
Reporting to the Transport Manager, you will be responsible for safely operating a C1 vehicle and completing deliveries to customers across the UK. Your key responsibilities will include: * Safely loading, transporting and delivering goods.
* Operating a C1 vehicle in accordance with all relevant legislation.
* Following health and safety procedures at all times.
* Completing deliveries efficiently and professionally.
* Carrying out other reasonable duties as required.
* Following instructions from the Transport Manager and wider team. About You
We are looking for dependable and professional drivers who take pride in their work. You will ideally have: * Previous experience driving a C1 vehicle.
* A good understanding of current EU/UK drivers' hours regulations.
* Knowledge of the Working Time Directive.
* A valid Driver CPC.
* A valid Digital Tachograph (Tacho) Card.
* A valid C1 driving licence. You should also be: * Safety-conscious and responsible.
* Reliable and punctual.
* Flexible and willing to carry out a variety of duties.
* Able to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
* Physically fit and comfortable with a hands-on delivery role.
