Cleaning Operative
Location: Syngenta, Bracknell, RG42 6EY
Pay: £12.71 per hour
Hours: Average 35 hours per week
Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday, 06:00 to 13:30
Transport: Own transport required
Contract: Permanent Position We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Cleaning Operative to join our team at Syngenta, Bracknell . This is a full-time position working morning shifts, ideal for someone who takes pride in maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation. You will play a vital role in ensuring the site remains clean, safe, and welcoming for employees, visitors, and contractors. Key Responsibilities * Cleaning kitchens and staff welfare facilities
* Cleaning washrooms and replenishing consumables
* Cleaning laboratory areas in line with site procedures
* Hoovering and vacuuming floors
* Sweeping and mopping designated areas
* Dusting and wiping down surfaces
* Emptying bins and disposing of waste appropriately
* Maintaining high standards of cleanliness throughout the site
* Following health and safety procedures at all times What We're Looking For * A positive and professional attitude
* Excellent attention to detail
* Reliable with strong timekeeping skills
* Ability to work independently and efficiently
* Previous cleaning experience is desirable but not essential
* Comfortable working in laboratory and office environments
