Your role

Your role is to make every new client successful from day one. As our asset owner clients come on board, you'll own the journey from signed contract to live, value-generating deployment. You'll run onboarding end to end, configure the platform to each client's workflows and data, and be the trusted point of contact who keeps implementations on track. You'll sit at the intersection of clients, product, and engineering, translating messy real-world requirements into a smooth go-live, and channeling what you learn back into a smarter product. As we scale, you'll build the implementation playbook that lets us onboard the next wave of clients with the same rigour.

What you'll do:

• Lead client onboarding end to end from kickoff, implementation plan, timelines, and go-live.
• Configure the platform to each client's workflows, data sources, and reporting needs, partnering with product and engineering where customisation is required.
• Be the day-to-day point of contact during implementation, setting clear expectations and proactively flagging risks to timelines.
• Run training and build onboarding materials that drive fast, confident adoption.
• Capture client feedback and recurring requests, and feed them to the Product owners to shape the roadmap.
• Build and refine our implementation playbook, templates, and processes as the business scales.

What we're looking for:

• At least 2 years in private markets, financial services, or a related field e.g. at an asset owner, allocator, GP, fund administrator, consultancy, or fintech serving the asset class.
• Familiarity with private markets workflows (fund structures, diligence, manager selection, reporting, or portfolio monitoring).
• Strong project management and organisational skills; comfortable juggling multiple clients and deadlines.
• Excellent communication and the ability to build trust with sophisticated institutional clients.
• A collaborative, ownership-driven mindset and comfort working across clients, product, and engineering.
• Comfort with software and data; eagerness to get hands-on with an AI platform.
• Work on one of the biggest shifts happening in institutional investing.
