SEN Administrator - Secondary School in Leicester - ASAP...
A well-regarded secondary school in Leicester is seeking an organised and experienced SEN Administrator to support its SEND department as soon as possible. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to inclusive education within a structured and supportive environment.
The Role
Managing EHCP documentation and annual review processes
Supporting the SENCo with administrative duties
Liaising with parents, external agencies, and local authorities
Maintaining accurate SEND records and compliance documentation
Coordinating review meetings and paperwork
Supporting funding applications and monitoring provision
Assisting with data tracking for pupils with additional needs
Ensuring confidentiality and safeguarding compliance
The Ideal Candidate Will Have
Previous experience in a school administrative or SEND role
Knowledge of EHCP processes and SEND regulations
Strong organisational and data management skills
Excellent communication skills
A professional and discreet approach
A commitment to inclusive education
