My Client is looking for Customer Service Advisors to join their incredible team to be the first point of contact for external customers handling shipping requests. Providing information and advice on transiting goods worldwide via Phone, Email, Twitter, Facebook, Web-Chat etc.

Managing Inbound calls to the business from Worldwide clients handling shipment requests
Building rapport with customers and establishing their needs
Care about quality and take pride in getting it right first time
Look for opportunities to create effortless customer experiences
Understand the value of working efficiently without compromising service
Deliver a consistent call flow, giving the customer the confidence in the information provided
Maximise up selling opportunities whilst ensuring the customer has an informed choice
Be curious and engaged and always looking for ways to improve
Work collaboratively and contribute positively to team success Key Skills :
Excellent customer service experience
Strong understanding of customer service processes
Consistently providing a high level of service
Excellent communication skills written and verbal
Ability to adapt to change
Ability to work as part of a team as well as independently
Experience of working with MS Word and Excel
Passionate about developing skills and supporting goals and ambitions
Take ownership and accountability for your work This role is subject to 5 Year Compliance and a Clean DBS - it is imperative that each applicant provides support to this process
