Blagdon Retirement Village, based in Taunton is looking for a Receptionist working 1pm until 5pm Friday and 10am until 3.00pm Saturday and Sunday.
As a Receptionist at Blagdon Village, you will be the first point of contact for our residents, their families, and visitors. You'll play a crucial role in ensuring everyone feels welcome, valued, and supported.
Key Responsibilities
- Greeting visitors and residents with a warm smile and friendly demeanour.
- Answering phone calls and directing them to the appropriate staff members.
- Providing assistance and information to residents and their families.
- Assisting with administrative tasks such as managing schedules and appointments.
- Maintaining a clean and organised reception area.
