We are looking for an enthusiastic and hands-on General Manager to lead an exciting staff dining and café operation with huge potential for growth. Managing a team of 12, you will oversee both the daily food service operation and hospitality delivery, ensuring exceptional standards, strong financial performance, and an outstanding customer experience. Main Responsibilities
- Lead an established team, creating a positive and high-performing culture
- Oversee the daily running of the staff dining and café operation, including hospitality services
- Remain hands-on within the operation, supporting service and leading by example
- Ensure consistently high food, service, and presentation standards
- Build strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders
- Manage ordering, stock control, and operational administration
- Work closely with culinary teams to deliver exciting and engaging food offers
- Take full accountability for the site’s P&L performance and financial targets
- Identify opportunities to grow and develop the operation
