Our client is seeking a proactive and highly organised Project Administrator to provide administrative support to a Senior Project Manager, ensuring the smooth and efficient running of project activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support to project managers and project teams to ensure the smooth running of projects.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, records, databases, and filing systems.
• Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and monitor action points.
• Track project milestones, deadlines, and deliverables, ensuring progress is monitored and updates are provided.
• Prepare and distribute project reports, presentations, and status updates.
• Liaise with internal teams, clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication.
• Maintain project trackers, schedules, risk registers, and issue logs.
• Assist with budget tracking, purchase orders, invoices, and expense administration.
• Manage project calendars, arrange appointments, and coordinate any required travel or resources.
• Ensure all project information is stored securely, accurately and in line with company procedures.
• Identify administrative improvements to support efficiency and successful project delivery.

Key Requirements:

• Previous experience in an administrative, project support or project coordination role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise competing deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Good attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively under pressure.
• A proactive approach, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience maintaining records, preparing reports, and coordinating meetings.
