Mechanical Maintenance Fitter (Nights) £60,000 - £62,300 + Bonus + Overtime 4 on / 4 off Nights Permanent Position A leading manufacturing business is looking to recruit an experienced Mechanical Maintenance Fitter to join its established engineering team. The Role Key responsibilities include:

• Carrying out planned and reactive mechanical maintenance
• Diagnosing faults and minimising equipment downtime
• Maintaining and repairing plant machinery and equipment
• Supporting TPM and continuous improvement activities
• Assisting with machinery installations and engineering projects
• Working closely with production teams to maximise plant performance

• A recognised Mechanical Engineering qualification (Apprenticeship, NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds or equivalent)
• Experience within a manufacturing, industrial, or heavy engineering environment
• Strong mechanical fault-finding skills
• Knowledge of hydraulics and pneumatics
• Welding, grinding, and fabrication experience
