Salary: Up to £32 per hour (depending on experience)

Contract Type: Locum, Part-Time (0.6 WTE - 3 days per week, minimum 1 month)

What You Will Do:

Deliver specialist speech and language therapy within ICU and critical care
Assess and manage patients with complex swallowing and communication difficulties
Provide tracheostomy care and contribute to multidisciplinary decision-making
Develop and implement tailored therapy plans
Support and train junior staff and colleagues
Maintain accurate and confidential patient records

Requirements:

HCPC registration as a Speech and Language Therapist
Proven experience in ICU/critical care settings
Competency in tracheostomy management (essential)
FEES training (desirable)
Full driving licence for commuting
