Paid mileage , in addition to your hourly rate

Fully paid training & uniforms – no experience needed

Various shifts available including weekends (07:00 - 14:00) & evenings (16:00 - 22:00)

Driving Licence - required

Reports to: Care Coordinator/ Home Care Manager

Key duties and responsibilities
As a Home Care Assistant, you’ll:

• Provide high-quality personal care, always respecting client dignity and promoting independence within the clients’ home
• Be flexible and adaptable to meet client and business needs
• Represent Kingsley Home Care with professionalism and pride

Skills and attributes

• A caring, patient nature
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to stay calm under pressure
• Experience is a plus, but full training is provided
• Access to a car and full UK driving licence is preferred
