Exciting opportunity for a Charity lawyer to join a successful Private Client team
Charities Solicitor - choice of various office locations (Cambridge, Milton Keynes, Northampton or Norwich) with hybrid working
Client
A successful, supportive and expanding UK law firm
Role
- Creating, registering, closing and de-registering charitable entities
- Advising on trustee roles, charity mergers, asset transfers and regulatory issues
- Work collaboratively with property and employment teams on charity matters
- Liaising with the Charity Commission
- Engaging in business development activity
You
- 5+ years PQE with experience in dealing with charities of varying sizes
- Able to manage complex matters with supervision where appropriate
- Build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
