This purpose-built small animal clinic in Kent is looking for a Veterinary Surgeon to join its team. The practice combines compassionate, high-quality clinical care with technology designed to improve workflows, support decision-making and give vets more time to focus on patients and their owners.
Both full-time and part-time applications are welcome.

The Role
You'll provide medical and surgical care to companion animals, managing cases from consultation and diagnosis through to treatment and follow-up.
Your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting consultations and developing treatment plans
• Performing routine surgery and other procedures appropriate to your experience
• Interpreting diagnostic results and making informed clinical decisions
• Advising clients on preventative healthcare and long-term wellbeing
• Building strong relationships with clients through clear, compassionate communication
• Maintaining accurate clinical records
• Working collaboratively with veterinary nurses and support colleagues

You'll be encouraged to contribute your clinical knowledge and ideas, while helping the practice continually improve how it delivers care.
The clinic is built around the belief that good veterinary care should work for pets, people and the planet.
Technology plays an important role in this approach, helping streamline day-to-day processes, support diagnostics and improve access to care. The aim is to create an environment where veterinary professionals can concentrate on clinical care while finding more efficient and sustainable ways of working.
As an independent practice, there's an opportunity to contribute to this developing approach and be part of a team that values innovation, trust and continuous improvement.
