This rare position will suit someone who wants a broad spread of contentious, advisory and non-contentious employment role at a high and senior level, whilst maintaining an enhanced work:life balance and flexibility.
The successful applicant will be working a considerably reduced hours workload along with flexibility to agree how and when the hours will be worked.
The team handle the full range of Employment matters, including company policies, employee handbooks, employee relations matters, employee discipline, complaints and investigations, termination issues, reasonable accommodations requests, M&A activity, wage and hour compliance, and employee leave and benefits. The team's background as litigators shapes its advice and helps to inform clients regarding compliance and risk management before issues arise.
