Produce reports and communicate audits to Service Manager and General Manager upon request in varying formats. Educated to degree level or equivalent, in an area that can be related to project management. Prince 2 (Practitioner) project management methodology qualifications or equivalent level of experience. The post holder will be responsible for the development/formulation of plans to support the implementation of the next waves of MHST to achieve 100% coverage within Nottinghamshire. In addition, there will be a requirement to organise and manage a broad range of complex activities which aligns to the NHS England requirement for MHST to ensure that projects are delivered to time, within budget and to the required quality. To work without supervision for periods and self prioritise/organise own work schedules. Produce timely and informative reports for stakeholders as and when needed this will have the potential to detail around the expansion of MHST to 100% coverage by 2029 and provide clear data around the MHST Activity through MHSDS (Mental Health Service Data Set). Planning and organisation of a broad range of complex activities this can include the requirements within the MHSDS and local activities which can impact across or within other departments and services. This can include formulation and adjustment of plans based around other services within CAMHS and education. Oversee systems testing and problem identification and where appropriate escalate these onto the supplier for remedy. Support with the strategic plan for 100% coverage by 2030. Ability to analyse and interpret complex contracts in relation to a range of Information Technology and Information Governance issues. Ability to produce and assess a range of technically complex options for service delivery. Ability to assess and resolve potentially conflicting options particularly within the areas of Information Governance. To analyse performance data and assess project work undertaken, considering ways to improve productivity. Contribute to developing the Trusts informatics strategy and associated plans, programmes and policies. Analyse informatics requirements to support service management, procurement and delivery of projects, contributing to project initiation and developing specifications to inform options appraisals. Responsible for reporting on project progress to the Head of Projects and Project Boards. Ensure that projects and programmes are delivered in line with PRINCE2 standards. Lead on engagement of stakeholders, including patients and public, in the development and delivery of the informatics work programme. Provide coordination of and participate in relevant internal and external working groups and provide project advice, expertise and support where requested. Manage the project risk and issues register, liaising with local project teams to ensure that relevant risks are identified, reviewed and mitigations delivered. Innovative and flexible responses to emerging and developing client/partner needs. Maintain positive working relationships and pathways with partners. There is a requirement to work to high levels of accuracy when developing complex plans, resource estimates and financial plans. Substantial travel between sites within the Trust and to other organisations beyond the Trusts geographical boundary, attending meetings and presentations.
