Ipsen seeks a Clinical Research Pharmacy Services Lead to provide pharmacy expertise across global clinical development programs, particularly in oncology. The role oversees investigational product handling, site education, hazardous drug management, and compliance activities while managing pharmacy resources and driving process improvements.
Responsibilities
- Serve as pharmacy subject matter expert on clinical development programs and study teams
- Develop and deliver pharmacy training to site pharmacists, nurses, investigators, and study teams
- Provide expertise on hazardous investigational product handling and CSTD implementation and compatibility
- Ensure pharmacy activities comply with GCP, GMP, and applicable regulatory requirements
- Manage clinical research pharmacists or pharmacy contractors and monitor vendor performance
Requirements
- Advanced pharmacy operations expertise in investigational product handling and hazardous drug management
- Deep knowledge of CSTD implementation, USP <800> , NIOSH, and ISOPP standards
- Demonstrated experience with complex therapeutic modalities including biologics and antibody-drug conjugates
- Strong understanding of GCP, GMP, and clinical trial regulatory requirements
- Proven ability to develop and deliver pharmacy training programs to clinical sites
- Experience managing pharmacy resources, contractors, and external vendors
