An established international provider of private wealth and fiduciary services is seeking a Trust Officer to administer a portfolio of client structures and deliver a high standard of service to clients, advisers, and intermediaries. This role offers exposure to a varied portfolio and opportunities for continued professional development.
What You’ll Do
- Manage a portfolio of trust and company clients on a day-to-day basis.
- Maintain statutory, legal and administrative records.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, advisers and professional intermediaries.
- Complete periodic reviews and other trust administration tasks within agreed timeframes.
- Assist with reviews of financial statements and asset administration.
- Attend client and intermediary meetings where required.
- Support senior team members and contribute to training and development activities.
What You’ll Need
- Previous trust administration experience, ideally 2+ years.
- Knowledge of offshore trust and company structures.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and relationship management abilities.
- A proactive and flexible approach with the ability to work independently.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development.
