The small, but perfectly formed, London restructuring & insolvency team at this leading US law firm covers both contentious and non-contentious matters. Although sector agnostic, recently the team has become increasingly active in acting for Bulge Bracket banks thanks to throw-offs from its market-leading structured finance team.
Whilst the firm does not necessarily subscribe to the view that the market is on the precipice of a restructuring boom, it would like to augment its bonsai offering with a connected lateral to both add to, and benefit from, its workflow.
