Oliver Smith Recruitment are working in partnership with our key client in Glasgow to hire a permanent Senior Administrator / Team Lead on a permanent basis.
Our client is looking for a highly organised and proactive Team Leader to oversee the day-to-day running of our clients administration and operational functions.
You will be responsible for coordinating daily activities across administration, scheduling, reporting, inbox management and team support. You will act as a central point of oversight, ensuring work is prioritised effectively.
Main duties:
- Managing all customer and supplier inquiries via telephone and email
- B2B Credit Control
- Ordering office supplies to maintain an efficient workflow
- Onboarding and offboarding customers in our records database
- Creating new customer profiles (accounts system)
- Overseeing general office administration, including answering calls and relaying messages
- Organise lunch and learn sessions
- Taking notes during internal and client meetings (approximately twice a week)
