IT Technician – Forward-Thinking Secondary School – Norwich (Norfolk)

We are seeking a technically skilled and proactive IT Technician to join a forward-thinking secondary school in Norwich. This is a key role supporting the effective use of technology across teaching, learning and administration.

The successful candidate will maintain IT systems, troubleshoot issues and provide day-to-day support to staff and students. You will also contribute to ongoing IT development projects and ensure systems remain secure and up to date.

This role requires strong technical knowledge, problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate effectively with a range of users.

• Good communication skills
• Problem-solving ability
• Ability to work independently and in a team
