This isn't your typical PR Account Director role.
We're looking for an ambitious experienced PR specialist, someone who wants to build a career, not simply do a job.
Yes, you'll need to be an excellent PR practitioner with strong client handling skills, great media contacts and the ability to lead a team. You'll be happy rolling your sleeves up and getting stuck into the day–to–day PR and communications work, while ensuring clients continue to receive the high standards of service they're used to.
But this role goes beyond client delivery.
This is a chance to join an agency at an exciting stage of its growth. There's a strong pipeline of opportunities, a great client base and plenty of scope to influence where the business goes next. We're looking for someone who wants to be part of that journey and is excited by the prospect of helping shape the future of the agency.
You'll probably be the type of person who is always looking for the next opportunity. Someone who enjoys taking ownership, making things happen and pushing themselves outside their comfort zone. You'll bring ideas, energy and a commercial mindset, and you'll be motivated by the chance to have a genuine impact on the success of the business.
For the right person, there is significant scope to grow with the agency. This role offers the opportunity to take on increasing responsibility, influence strategic decisions and become a key part of the leadership team as the business continues to evolve.
Experience in automotive, engineering, financial services or property would be useful, but we're equally interested in hearing from strong B2B PR professionals who can bring drive, enthusiasm and fresh thinking.
