We are looking for an exceptional Head Chef to lead the kitchen team at a privately owned 5-star holiday estate with a fast-paced, high-volume hospitality operation in the Lake District , Cumbria. The operation includes a busy bar and restaurant, events, outdoor catering, leisure areas and café facilities, with service volumes reaching up to 500 covers per day during peak periods. A 5 star resort catering for guest owners, holiday guests and day visitors.

As Head chef You will lead from the front, drive standards across the kitchen and build a positive culture based on teamwork, consistency and professionalism.

We are looking for a Head Chef who:

• Has strong Head Chef or senior kitchen leadership experience

• Thrives in a high-volume, fast-paced environment

• Cares deeply about quality, presentation and service

• Loves working with fresh ingredients and seasonal menus

• Can organise, motivate and develop a brigade

• Leads with calmness, energy and consistency

• Takes pride in running a clean, professional kitchen
