This client is a well-respected and successful accountancy practice based in Taunton, who seek an Accountancy Practice Manager on a full-time and permanent basis. Flexible working arrangements are open to discussion, as well as a competitive salary and a healthy benefits package.
The role? Reporting in to the senior leadership team, you will be accountable for a portfolio of clients, mentoring and managing junior members of the team and managing workflow efficiently and effectively to meet client’s needs. This is a position which will play an important part in the continued success of the business.
The right fit? Your technical accounting skills will be excellent and up-to-date and you will have achieved ACA or ACCA qualification, backed up with several years of accountancy practice experience. You will also need to display the interpersonal skills to interact with a varied client portfolio and the ability to fit in with a tight-knit and experienced team.
