Gap personnel are recruiting multiple Production Operatives for our clients Food production facility based in Fakenham, NR21
As a Production Operative, you will help with the production and packing of food products, making sure they are produced safely, efficiently, and to a high-quality standard.
Role: Production Operative
Pay rate: Days £12.86ph Nights £13.85
Hours: Days 06:00-18:00 / Night 18:00-06:00
Shifts: 4 on / 4 off, covers 7 days a week
Location: Fakenhnam - Own transport required due to location
Type: Temp, ongoing work available
Duties:
- Assist with making, packing, stacking, and palletising food products on the production line.
- Work efficiently within a fast-paced production environment to meet daily output targets.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene across work areas and machinery.
- Follow established procedures and specifications to ensure products meet required standards.
- Assist with the preparation of finished goods, including labelling and organising products ready for shipment.
Experience/Qualifications
- Previous experience in a busy production or manufacturing environment is helpful but not essential.
- A basic knowledge of food safety and health and safety practices would be an advantage.
- Reliable, hardworking, and able to pay close attention to detail.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a team.
