Warehouse Runner - Gloucester

At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Warehouse Runner to work with a leading logistics company in Gloucester. This role is essential for maintaining a steady flow of work in a busy packing environment, ensuring the team is well-supported throughout the shift.

Shift patterns

• Monday to Sunday, working 5 days out of 7.
• Current working hours are 12:00–20:00, with a future shift change to 14:00–22:00.

Pay rates

• 13.45 GBP hourly

Must-have requirements for Warehouse Runner

• Previous warehouse or packing experience preferred.
• Able to stay active and mobile throughout the shift.
• Good awareness of the surrounding work area.
• Reliable and punctual.
• Able to follow instructions and work safely.
• Comfortable moving parcels, trollies and packaging materials.
• Proactive approach to supporting the packing team.
• Able to work at pace in a busy warehouse environment.

Desirable requirements for Warehouse Runner

• Previous experience in a runner or packing support role.
• Experience working around conveyors.
• Basic understanding of warehouse picking and packing processes.
• Good communication skills.

Role for Warehouse Runner

• Maintain a steady flow of work throughout the shift.
