Sales and Client Support Executive

Our client is a growing residential conveyancing law firm with offices in London and Norwich, and an expanding presence in Milton Keynes. Its proposition is simple and easy to stand behind: transparent fixed fees, where a purchase is always the same price and a sale is always the same price, with nothing to pay until completion. Almost all of its new business is referred by estate agents or comes through word of mouth.

The Opportunity

At the moment the Sales Director handles every quote personally. This role takes over that process so he can focus on the commercial side of the business.

You will turn referred quotes into instructions, look after new clients from first call to handover, and keep referring estate agents updated. As the sales team grows, there is room to progress into account management.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond quickly to referred quote requests and send quotes to prospective clients.

• Follow up every quote with a scripted call and convert quotes into instructions.

• Onboard new clients and hand matters over to the legal team.

• Keep referring estate agents and other stakeholders updated, so agents know their clients are in good hands.

• Manage roughly 10–15 quotes a day as volumes grow, keeping accurate records throughout.

• Work to clear weekly and monthly targets, and share feedback from clients and agents with the Sales Director.

About You

Essential

• A working understanding of conveyancing and the property transaction process. For example, you might be an estate agent who wants a property based role in a legal environment, or someone from a conveyancing background who wants a client-facing role away from fee earning.

• A confident, friendly and professional phone manner. You are comfortable being on the phone for much of the day.

• You enjoy talking to people, building work relationships and solving problems.

• Ambitious and keen to grow with a developing sales team.

• Organised, reliable and comfortable using CRM, case management and other software.

• Able to commute to Milton Keynes 2-3 days a week.

Desirable

• Experience in sales, sales progression, lettings or client onboarding within property or legal services.

• Existing relationships with estate agents.
