About RJ4All

It is an exciting and timely moment to be part of the RJ4All mission!

Restorative Justice for All (RJ4All) is a charitable, user-led international institute working towards a world shaped by restorative justice values, including fairness, equality, dignity, respect, and shared power.

We advance this vision through dialogue, education, sport, and the arts, applying restorative justice principles to address power abuse and support more balanced and inclusive communities.

The RJ4All Headquarters are in London at the RJ4All Rotherhithe Community Centre and we have a sister organisation based in Cyprus, “RJ4All Europe”.

2025 was a landmark year for RJ4All. We strengthened over 45 strategic partnerships across 13 countries, delivered 12 major projects in the UK and three across Europe, and contributed to shaping national criminal justice reform through engagement with the Independent Sentencing Review, HM Prison and Probation Service, and the Victim and Witness Sector Engagement Group. In SE16, our Rotherthithe Community Centre recorded more than 6,000 visits, with community members contributing over 7,000 hours as volunteers and interns. Internationally, we convened 20 world peace leaders from 9 countries at our symposium in Cyprus and continued expanding our evidence base across areas including gender-based violence, youth justice, hate crime and community cohesion.

This growth is continuing. We are now strengthening our team to take this work into its next stage, and the leadership role we are recruiting for sits at the heart of that ambition. If you are committed to restorative justice and want to contribute to an organisation where evidence, community voice and systemic change are all taken seriously, we would very much welcome your application.
