What you'll be doing Delivering pre-planned lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4Keeping students engaged, on task and making the most of their learningManaging classroom behaviour with confidence and consistencyCreating a positive learning environment while the class teacher is awayBecoming a familiar face in local secondary schools What we're looking for You'll ideally have experience working with young people, whether that's in a school or another setting where you've supported or led groups.
