Production Assistant

Harrods is looking for a Production Assistant to join the Creative Production team in Knightsbridge, supporting the delivery of high-quality print and creative assets that bring our brand to life across the business

As a Production Assistant, the successful applicant will play an important role in ensuring creative and print production projects are delivered accurately, efficiently, and to the highest standards.  Working closely with a variety of stakeholders, the Production Assistant will support the end-to-end production process, helping to maintain brand consistency while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is highly organised, detail-oriented, and passionate about creative production.

Key Responsibilities of the Production Assistant:

• Supporting the delivery of vinyl production, print and creative projects, ensuring all work is completed accurately and on time.
• Maintaining brand and creative standards across all printed assets and production outputs.
• Building effective relationships with stakeholders across the business and providing updates throughout project lifecycles.
• Managing multiple requests and competing priorities while meeting agreed deadlines and quality expectations.
• Collaborating closely with colleagues to support team objectives and contribute to the successful delivery of projects.

What Harrods is looking for:

• Strong working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, with experience creating and preparing artwork to a professional standard.
• Experience using Adobe Photoshop and Adobe InDesign, or a willingness to develop your skills in these programmes.
• Excellent project coordination, organisation and time management skills, with the ability to balance competing priorities effectively.
• Proactive, organised individual who thrives in a busy environment and takes pride in delivering high-quality work.
• A keen eye for detail and be committed to maintaining exceptional brand standards across every project you support.
• Strong communication skills will enable you to build positive relationships with stakeholders at all levels, while your collaborative approach will help you work effectively as part of a wider team.
• Confident managing multiple priorities and remaining focused on achieving deadlines without compromising quality.
