Warehouse Operative (Forklift)- Uckfield

Monday to Friday | 7:30am - 5:00pm | Weekend Overtime Available
Are you an experienced Warehouse Operative looking for a full-time role with a consistent Monday to Friday schedule and the opportunity to earn additional money through weekend overtime? We are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Operative to join a busy warehouse and production operation in Uckfield.
Duties:
Working as part of the warehouse team, you will help keep materials and stock moving efficiently throughout the operation. Your duties will include:
* Loading and unloading vehicles
* Locating and organising stock
* Preparing materials for production lines
* Checking deliveries and collections for damage
* Reporting any issues or discrepancies
* Maintaining a clean, tidy and safe working area
* Supporting production teams and Running Operatives What We're Looking For: We are looking for someone who is reliable, hardworking and able to work effectively in a busy environment. Essential: * Valid forklift licence
* Minimum 1 year's warehouse experience
* Good communication skills
* Ability to carry out manual handling
* Ability to work well as part of a team A positive attitude, strong work ethic and the ability to work efficiently while maintaining high standards of safety and organisation are also important.
