  We are looking for a skilled and motivated Welder Fabricator to join a friendly and supportive manufacturing team in Droitwich.   What You'll Be Doing

  • Fabricating and assembling components from engineering drawings.
    
  • MIG and TIG welding on aluminium, mild steel, and stainless steel.
    
  • Producing high-quality work to precise specifications.
    
  • Inspecting finished products to ensure quality standards are met.
    
  • Working safely and efficiently within a busy manufacturing environment.
    
  • Collaborating with colleagues to meet production schedules and customer requirements.
    

    What We're Looking For

    • Previous experience as a Welder Fabricator.
      
    • Strong MIG and TIG welding skills.
      
    • Experience working with aluminium, mild steel, and stainless steel.
      
    • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
      
    • A keen eye for detail and commitment to producing quality workmanship.
      
    • A positive attitude and strong team-working skills.
      

      What's On Offer?

      Excellent Earnings Potential
      • £16.73 per hour
        
      • Overtime paid at 1.5x for all hours worked over 39 hours Monday to Saturday.
        
      • Double time (2x) for Sunday working.
        Generous Holiday Allowance
        • 33 days holiday per year , including an additional 5 days above the statutory entitlement.
          
        • Additional holiday awarded for long service:
          • +2 days after 5 years
            
          • +3 days after 10 years

          • Up to 38 days annual leave with service.
            Bonus Scheme
            • Discretionary annual bonus of up to 11% , paid in March (subject to company performance).
              
            • Option to receive the bonus as a pension contribution or as a cash payment through payroll.
              Pension Scheme
              • Employee contribution: 5%
                
              • Employer contribution: 4%
