- Initiate projects, prepare and coordinate the development briefs
- Provide support in master planning and product development, aligning projects with market demands and sustainability objectives
- Manage all aspects of development process including due diligence, entitlements, construction and project closeout
- Work closely with the design consultants to ensure the project progresses on schedule and within budget
- Coordinate with architects, engineers and specialist consultants to ensure timely project progression.
- Monitor project budgets, programmes and key development milestones.
- Review development proposals and provide commercial and technical input throughout the project lifecycle.
- Manage consultant appointments, contracts and deliverables.
- Ensure compliance with relevant UAE planning regulations, development guidelines and statutory requirements.
- Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies to support successful delivery.
- Prepare presentations, reports and updates for senior management and key stakeholders.
- Support financial planning, forecasting and cost monitoring throughout the development process.
