The role

• Supervise and support care assistants in the field
• Carry out spot checks, supervisions, and quality monitoring
• Complete and review care plans and assessments
• Conduct new customer assessments
• Audit care notes and documentation
• Work closely with Coordinators and Management
• Join a paid, supported on-call rota once per month 

What you’ll need

• NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent)
• Domiciliary care experience
• Full UK driving licence & own vehicle
• Strong organisation and communication skills
• Passion for high-quality, person-centred care
• Enjoy making a difference in peoples lives
