Senior Site Manager - Luxury Residential Project

Wiltshire | £325 - £350 Outside IR35 | Immediate Start | Long-Term Contract

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Senior Site Manager to join a high-end luxury residential project based in Wiltshire.

This is a prestigious private residential development with an estimated programme of circa 5 years, offering long-term continuity of work and the opportunity to work on a technically challenging bespoke build.

The successful candidate will take responsibility for the day-to-day management of site operations, coordinating subcontractors and ensuring works are delivered safely, to programme and to an exceptional standard of finish.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day site management of a luxury residential build

• Managing subcontractors, trades and site logistics

• Driving programme and coordinating works packages

• Maintaining high standards of health & safety

• Managing quality assurance and snagging processes

• Liaising with client representatives, consultants and design teams

• Coordinating structural, internal and external works

• Producing daily records, progress updates and site reporting

• Managing works through to high-end handover

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Senior Site Manager on high-end residential or bespoke housing projects

• Strong background delivering premium finishes and complex builds

• Excellent organisational and communication skills

• SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid essential

• Strong understanding of H&S and QA procedures

• Ability to manage long-term programmes and client expectations
