Benjamin Edwards is recruiting on behalf of an established and successful organisation for an experienced Finance Business Partner. The Role

• Provide financial support and guidance to managers across the business.
• Produce accurate management information, financial reports and performance analysis.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting and financial planning activities.
• Analyse financial results, identifying trends and opportunities to improve business performance.
• Support business decision–making through insightful financial analysis and reporting.
• Present financial information clearly to finance and non–finance stakeholders.
• Work with stakeholders across the organisation to improve financial understanding and reporting.
• Help develop and improve financial processes, controls and reporting capabilities.
• Contribute to month–end and year–end activities.

The Ideal Candidate

• ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified, or in the final stages of qualification.
• Previous experience in a Finance Business Partner, Management Accountant or Commercial Finance role.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial information and communicate findings effectively.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience working with financial data.
• Excellent communication and relationship–building skills.
• Able to influence and support colleagues across different areas of the business.
• Proactive, organised and committed to delivering high–quality work.
• A positive approach with a focus on continuous improvement.
