We are looking for a qualified and reliable Gateman/Traffic Marshall to join our team in Weymouth. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with the right certifications who is looking for stable and well-paid work.

Job Responsibilities:

• Managing site access and controlling the movement of vehicles and personnel

• Directing traffic efficiently to ensure smooth operations and prevent congestion

• Ensuring the safety of workers and visitors by enforcing site regulations

• Checking and verifying the credentials of individuals entering the site

• Communicating effectively with site management and delivery drivers

Requirements:

• Traffic Marshall qualification – Must hold a valid certificate

• CSCS card – Essential for site access

• PPE – Must have your own personal protective equipment, including a high-visibility vest, hard hat, gloves, and safety boots

• Reliability & Communication Skills – A proactive and safety-conscious attitude is essential

Salary & Working Hours:

• £17.46 per hour
