- Lead and manage a team of social workers, providing guidance and support to ensure effective service delivery

- Collaborate with multi-agency partners to develop and implement child-centred plans
- Evaluate and monitor team performance, implementing improvements where necessary
- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and standards
- Offer mentoring and development opportunities for team members Requirements:
- Hold a degree or equivalent in social work and be registered with Social Work England
- Bring recent managerial experience from roles such as Team Manager, Deputy Team Manager, or Assistant Team Manager
- Possess significant frontline experience in Children's Services, having worked as a Team Manager
