Our AI team focus on high level AI disciplines in Robotics & Autonomy such as ML Research, Computer Vision, Sensor Fusion, Reinforcement Learning, SLAM / Lidar and more. You’ll love talking to leaders in industry and at the highest level as part of an established AI brand in industry and a growing team of AI specialist recruiters.

With a widerbrand in place, we’re looking for someone to work alongside the Germany team from an AI perspective headhunting cutting-edge talent. We’re a group of high performing, ambitious individuals that pride ourselves on working as team.

This role has the scope to own the potentially own the charter for this area, building out your own team and unit specifically focused on this growing area of technology. You’ll also be supported by not just the wider AI team, but also the wider Cubiq teams which cover areas of Software, Technical Sales, Embedded Systems / Hardware, Mechatronics and more within the Robotics & Autonomous Systems space.

Job Outline

As a Senior or Principal Consultant at Cubiq your progression route is dictated by your ambitions. Whether that is to build a high performing team as a billing manager route where you will get structured training, support and guidance fromexperienced leaders or the non-managing route aiming to smash targets and progress as an Individual contributor.

Key Responsibilities

·       Business development & Client base management across Robotics & Autonomous Systems

·       Leadership and building of a high performing team if this is the route you choose

·       Negotiation and agreement of commercial terms and SLAs

·       Brand presence building

·       Development of candidate sourcing strategies; including headhunting, social networking and data-mining.

·       Offer management and post placement support

·       Strategic growth of desk and department

·       Develop candidate network within your field

·       Arrange and lead new client meetings
