The firm welcomes applications from Residential Property Solicitors, Licensed Conveyancers, Legal Executives or Conveyancers seeking to develop their careers within a supportive and forward-thinking environment. This opportunity sits within a growing, specialist property department known for providing high-quality legal services to a broad client base, ranging from local high-street clients to high-net-worth individuals.
The successful Residential Conveyancer will have a minimum of 1 year's experience handling a varied residential property caseload from instruction through to completion. Files will include freehold and leasehold sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity matters.
